Working With Me

I'm occasionally looking for new people to work with on a TFP/TFCD (free) basis, where no money changes hands, and you get several fully retouched images in exchange for your time. These shoots are limited, though, and they tend to be booked up some way in advance.

TFP is pretty informal, but to make sure you know what I'll be providing, and what I'd like from you, I've put answers to some commonly asked questions below.

(Most of the text below applies to models, but I'm always keen to hear from make up artists, hair stylists and wardrobe stylists - if that's you, drop me a message!)

General

• I'm primarily interested in shooting fashion, beauty and art nude - this means I'm much more likely to agree to shoot with you if you're suitable for at least one of these genres. I'm happy to shoot other styles (like glamour) for you in exchange, though.
• Shoots are normally arranged several weeks (or more) in advance, unless I have a late cancellation. I usually shoot at a weekend, although I can occasionally manage weekdays.
• I usually work in a fully equipped London studio.
• I'm usually happy for you to bring a friend along, especially if they don't mind helping out in the studio, or have a useful skill such as makeup or hairdressing. Please let me know in advance if you're going to be accompanied, though.

What I Offer

• Several looks and styles (unless you prefer to concentrate on a particular kind of image).
• At least six images from a two hour shoot, or twelve from a four hour shoot, often more - everything I think worth spending the retouching time on, basically.
• High quality retouching on all supplied images.
• Images almost always supplied in less than fourteen days.
• Web ready images provided online, or via email if you prefer. High resolution printable images available on request (either made available for download or mailed on CD - your choice).

What I Don't Offer

• Unretouched images - I don't feel it benefits either of us to have poor quality images available. I'm happy to retouch an extra image or two at your request, though, if my initial selection doesn't include something you wanted to see.
• Makeup / styling - I can generally arrange this if required, but there may be a cost involved.

What I Expect From You

• You'll need to bring some form of identification so that I can verify that you're over eighteen years old.
• I will ask for your mobile phone number (and provide mine) so that we can get in touch on the day of the shoot if there are any problems.
• If you have to cancel - I realise that problems can arise, but please let me know as soon as possible if you won't be able to make a shoot, so that I can offer the time to someone else.
